Dedicated to providing a learning environment through the implemented project titled “Establishment of Barangay E-Learning (BeL) Hubs for Apayao State College Students in Selected Municipalities of Apayao”, the BS-Information Technology Department is continuously extending its technical expertise and services today in barangays of Sta. Lina and Shalom, Luna, Apayao.
The monitoring activity commenced on February 27 in barangay Poblacion, Luna, barangay Marcela, Sta. Marcela, and at Poblacion West in Flora, Apayao conducted by the BSIT team composed of Mark Valentine C. Vicerra, ICT project staff, and Albert Hope Q. Guillermo, extension staff.
To ensure the sustainability and functionality of the project BELHub, preventive maintenance protocols for ICT equipment installed in each location is strictly implemented.
In its initial monitoring report, each of the IT equipment is generally in good condition and is fully functioning. The IT team had also updated and patched software applications.
The team will head to Capannikian, Pudtol within the day.
